Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows: Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days; Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days; International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We currently ship to USA states. If your location is not available at checkout, we do not ship there at this time.
Tracking information will be available once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
